Hotel Medes II's booking conditions
At Hotel Medes II, we want you to be able to plan your stay in l'Estartit clearly and easily. That's why, during the booking process, you can choose from different rates according to your travel needs:
- Flexible rate: allows you to cancel your reservation up to two days before check-in. In this case, payment is made directly at the hotel upon arrival. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required, but you will only be charged for your stay if you cancel outside the free cancellation period or in case of a no-show.
- Non-refundable rate: designed for those who already have confirmed travel dates. This rate does not allow modifications or cancellations, and full payment for the stay is due upon booking confirmation.
In addition to the specific conditions of each fare, we recommend that you take into account the following information before confirming your booking:
- The prices shown include the 10% VAT applicable to the accommodation.
- The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in. This tax is applied per person aged 16 and over, per night, with a maximum of seven nights.
- The tourist tax amount is €0.66 per person per night until 31/03/2026, €0.99 between 01/04/2026 and 31/03/2027 and €1.32 from 01/04/2027 onwards.
- Additional services or extras contracted during the stay are not included in the reservation price and will be paid directly at the establishment.
- Online bookings accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit card.
